Catan works fine on IPad 4 Jan2018

I waited for a long time to download Catan, my favorite board game until the recent update due to poor reviews. I haven't had problems, crashes, etc in the month of frequent use with my older iPad4. However, I have only used the Create game sets of playing against the computer since I don't like the pressure of being in a hurry to make moves, but will try this when I have time in the near future.
Fun game but tends to crash

It is a fun game and usually works very well. It does have a tendency to crash if too many things going on a once. Like other reviews, I have seen deeper into games with a lot going on that parts of the game disappear. Gets kind of frustrating but all in all it's a great game and works well a majority of the time. I would recommend it to friends.
Need to fix one problem.

Fun game with good variations and on-line play. They do need to fix the fact that you can't see how many cards are in the Development Card pile.

I would rate this a 5 star but not how this game is currently. Don't buy until creators fix this, otherwise you've wasted a lot of money for a game you will not play! This is a super fun game but the robber lands on ONLY your land and steals your property. It's rare to win, it's rare to get property, because if it. And utterly annoying. I'm the most patient person, but this game gets me to the point of wanting to throw the iPad across the room.
More glitches

Would give it 5 star if it weren’t for glitches. The same problem with it not showing how many development cards are left. That feature was on the first version and now with updates its not there anymore. Please fix. Just had another glitch. Tried to build a settlement on the only place available to me, with the proper amount of materials and it gets stuck. Had to restart another game.
Great Game, But Some Gameplay Issues

Let me start out by saying I play this constantly. I really enjoy this game, and even with the bugs, it works well enough to give me my Catan fix. Yeah, icons disappear. You just have to force-close the game and restart it, then choose to resume your game (I don't play multiplayer, so this works for me.) What IS really frustrating are the cards. Seeing the Deserter show up three or four times in one game, or Saboteur three or four times is unrealistic. I don't think there's an actual "stack" of cards in memory -- I'd guess they just have a randomized that picks a card from all the cards available. That gets frustrating after a bit.

I’m kind of bummed about this game. I love playing the real board game with friends and family in real life but this version seems to always roll sevens for the comp players and they all gang up on the human. It gets very old very quick. Sad really this could have been a good one.

I really like this game,and this app is a great way to learn Catan. the only problem I have with this app is that the dice roll is not random. It is clearly biased to the computer partners and sometimes just absurd. One time it rolled 8 "7s" out of nine rolls then as soon I amass resources a 7 is almost guaranteed. If I own 2 six hexes it will roll only 8 s the whole game. But I really like the multiple versions. And the ever present computer partners for a game anytime is nice so I just quit the game and start a new one if the dice are wonky which is about 30% of the games. But really , how hard is it to randomize dice throws, come-on people.
