Where is my order?

I ordered a case for a Christmas gift. The $ came out of my Paypal account right away but Casetify has no record of my order. I see this is a highly rated company and a highly rated app, but I don’t agree. So I will be lodging a complaint with Paypal. I have reached out to the Casetify company twice with the online address, but customer service seems to not exist. Wonder how many other people are in my shoes.
Worse app and website ever.

Tried both there app and website and is extremely buggy. Won’t load anything. The app only lets you customize. Takes FOREVER loading and constantly refreshing. I liked there cases but I’m going to go to someone else. I can’t deal with this

the phone cases are amazing and really easy to make. my only problem was the pricing the case it self was around 70 dollars but the i tire were only 5 dollars pretty sus tbh.

I can’t see my prior designs, can’t edit my cart, the app will say I have a “5 star” print quality, yet still have a yellow exclamation point next to the image, and there isn’t an option to place frames (2 pt lines) around pictures inserted into collages. I was about to order 10 cases, but now I give up and will have to start over- if I have the patience tomorrow. We ordered one last month and loved the quality- now I’m just too frustrated to finish ordering for the rest of the family. Great concept. The app needs a lot of work.
I love the case but they need to work on their costumer service
