I really like the app myself but I ordered a case and I want to change it or return it and I don’t know how I’ve been emailing them for days please help me.

The idea is wonderful BUT there aren't enough templates and my picture just don't seem to work with any of them

this app is great for customizing your own cases but if you want to shop for their cases it’s hard to figure out how to do it I still to this day cannot figure it out. But overall it’s really a good app. a bit expensive tho
What should be changed with the app

There should be a spot on the app where it’s other phone cases that people have made before that they just like or just random ideas so we don’t have to customize it all ourselves. It’s very confusing and I have no idea what to do. The app is very unorganized and there should just be more fun it’s very straightforward.
