Where is my order? – CASETiFY Review

I ordered a case for a Christmas gift. The $ came out of my Paypal account right away but Casetify has no record of my order. I see this is a highly rated company and a highly rated app, but I don’t agree. So I will be lodging a complaint with Paypal. I have reached out to the Casetify company twice with the online address, but customer service seems to not exist. Wonder how many other people are in my shoes.
