This app is so well organized and I totally recommend their phone cases, they are amazing quality and are super cute!
Poor customer service

The cases are great but the customer service is not. I ordered the wrong size case for my daughter’s new phone I gave her for her birthday. I followed the instructions for returns. It’s been weeks and still no reply from customer service. It was a Halloween case so it is senseless to get one this late. My daughter reordered another case from Casetify because one was needed for the new phone but I am still stuck with a $50 case I can’t use.

It’s okay, the cases are cute but why they have to be so expensive and how come I can only customize cases, why can’t I see the cases for sale, and how can I see other profiles? Is there another app or what

This app was very bad it will not even let me put a picture in in the beginning a dead but then I couldn’t even do it when I tried doing the one picture and the top is just stupid you shouldn’t get it doesn’t work plus it cost $1 million so don’t even spend 5000 million dollars on a case they won’t even let you do it how you want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????
