This is a great app. There’s only one thing I’m going to complain about, I went to customize a phone case with the tictok grid case for a Samsung phone but I couldn’t and it made me slightly upset because the case was important to me. Also I wasn’t able to customize anything other than the phone cases in the app I had to go onto the website on my safari to finish customizing my things

The cases are super cute and work well but the app is terrible it only lets me make a case and not view their own cases. I can only view them on the website and it always take me to the top if I go back from viewing a case. This app has been like this forever and definitely needs some fixing. So disappointing having great cases but a horrid app.

I bought a case from here it is good quality but the app is horrible you can only make your own phone cases and it would not let me sign in with any email it kept saying unknown error. It wouldn’t let me do have of the stuff but on the google wbaitr they had different phone case options let me do stuff
Very Difficult to Work With

Had a very hard time ordering. Photos look blurry. Wouldn’t center photos correctly. And then wouldn’t allow me to edit the cart. Plus, I was suppose to have two coupons on my account that are no where to be found. Very frustrating and time consuming.

When I case from casetify I got an email that said my order has been stopped due to copyright I never got my order and I never got my refund so I recommend to not order from casetify ever again
