Facebook login does not work with app

So if you've already setup your account with a facebook login from an iPad or PC, you can't access your account from the iPhone app. So basically useless to me.

Fix bugs glitches update to iOS 9

I generally love this app, especially when I use it from my iPhone. But the iPad app ALWAYS crashes on me when I try to upload my journal entry to Facebook. When I go to my phone and pull up the journal I just wrote from my iPad, I can upload it to Facebook with no problem. It would be great if this glitch could be fixed on the iPad app.

App does not allow FB login information

I logged into CaringBridge via FB and it worked just fine. But when I downloaded the CaringBridge app for the iPhone and tried to log in via FB, I just kept getting an error message. So I tried to log in using other ways but it wouldn't let me because I had already logged into CaringBridge using FB. I deleted the app because it simply does not work.

Where is donated money going to if not to fix bugs?

Couple pet peeves, having been a customer for a while. First, the constant prompt for donations to the website. I guess I can understand an initial prompt when you get your account. But disguising the donation to the website company as a tribute to a patient seems a bit of a stretch. It doesn't go to the patient. It doesn't go to their cause. It goes to the website company to maintain the site, which btw needs plenty of work. Second, I'm the patient in our site and folks make comments after my journal entries. I'd love the functionality to respond to their individual comments, but it doesn't exist. I can only add general comments to the rest of the comments. So if Suzie from the coffee shop says, "Miss your shining face!" I can't respond "Miss your dog stories!" back. All I can do is add a comment to the bigger list. Next, surely there's a communication prompt that can easily bring in email addresses to notify about Caring Bridge updates without having to type them all in?? That one could be my ignorance. I hope so. Finally, the phone app (as mentioned by other reviewers) needs work. I see garbage characters in the phone app I don't see on my Mac Air. Also I posted two pics online and only one showed up on the app. How bout some of that "tribute" money going to fix these bugs??

Hard to understand how a site that looks great on a web page could translate so poorly to an App. The app distorts the main picture for starters and then deteriorates from there. How is this possible? No thanks.

Errors loading

CONSTANT errors loading pages, comments lately. Very frustrating. I've updated my iPhone and the app as much as I can and it continues to happen (over the last 2-3 months).

Cannot login with Google!

I created my account by logging in with Google on the website. This app doesn't let you do that, so I can't log in. It's worthless! Some other reviewer complained that it didn't allow Facebook login. It seems they added that. Wouldn't you make sure you added all the other options at the same time?

Can't load site list

I love CaringBridge and what it enables for those going through a health crisis. However, very frequently, the app gets an error retrieving my sites. I end up having to wait until I can get to my PC in order to get updates or post updates. If not for that, I would give the app 5 stars.

Update numbers not refreshing

The numbers by the updates don't disappear when refreshing the app or leaving the app or going back into it.
