Fails at main purpose

The main purpose of the app is to let a patient provide information at a central location which others can easily access and read. The problem: I can see the first lines of the journal but if I try to see more the app glitches and closes. This is completely useless.
Crashes all the time

I use this all the time for my mother who has cancer. Unfortunately I cannot update with my iPhone. It crashes all.... the..... time. I can’t even look at the comments anymore without it crashing. Time to fix!!! This site is very important to my family. It helps us stay updated on my mother’s progress.

It is frustrating that the mobile app and the web site do not support the same features. As an example I can’t see the list of visitors on my phone and I can’t see the guestbook on the website.

This app allows me to stay in touch with family and friends during their health journeys. I love its design and navigation. A great app that I’ve supported with a donation.

I’ve been a long time user of CaringBridge but never really liked the old app. I was hesitant to update but... Holy Guacamole!!! The new version is beautiful and I can now keep up with friends and family while on the go. Thanks for listening to everyone’s feedback!

I do not like the update! I use the app to update the care calendar I am managing! Now I can't do that from the app!

Love the app! I was in high school when a peer of mine was in a car crash. It was really easy to share the story with other classmates, gracefully avoiding confusion, rumors, and made it easy to reach out to the family. What an amazing way to stay connected to friends during tough times.

I used the mobile site previously, but with this version, I am in LOVE with the mobile app!!!
