No sound on any video

No I don’t have it airplaying anywhere else. This app doesn’t have a search. I have to drill down and it’s a pain. It also needs a multi car comparison feature of all specs. [UPDATE] developers told me to turn on my ringer. THAT IS COMPLETELY ASININE! They should accept standard practices when working with something as basic as volume. The Youtube app works when my ringer is silent, so should this garbage fire of an incomplete app.

Meh

If you force me to rate you you’ll get one star.

Difficulty logging on... again.
doctadiggz

As has repeatedly been stated, I shouldn’t need to log on to an app I’ve just paid for. No, the iCloud logon combo does not work. Consumer Reports, please consolidate your subscription process so I don’t have to waste time trying to determine which account details to use: Physical subscription, iOS app subscription, or digital magazine subscription.

Falls way short
bsm1970

Not being able to see detailed reliability ratings makes this almost useless. Something is better than nothing, but I expect more from CR.

Audio Doesn't Work
Medco User

The audio on the video reviews doesn't work. Reinstalled app still doesn't work.

Crashing on iPhone X
Kelly Hough

App does not run just locks up and crashes. No way to review or use for a paying customer. You can do so much better.

Car buying book
Febray

Very disappointed that this app does not carry the same rating system as the car buying book. The book is very informative.

Worthless!
TGN.2013

This app tells you nothing when compared to the website. This app needs better access to the rating information and no t just a synopsis.

Wish I could use!
Berternie70

Like someone else mentioned, I cannot get any sound on the videos. Yes, I tried reinstalling the app, and yes, my phone ringer is on. Imagine my embarrassment when I tried to show a family member (who is looking to buy a car) some reviews and videos. Ugh. I used to like consumer reports, not so sure anymore.
