Not the best but not the worst

When I first got it everything was working like it should but then the second time I use the app the captions would not appear. When I pressed edit it said no captions. I am not sure if I pressed something to turn off the captions. Could you please respond and tell me what I should try to turn on the captions. Thanks!

You have to record within the app and the captions are hardly customizable.

I love this app. It has made closed captioning so much easier on my videos and is 95% accurate. I very rarely have to make changes. Mostly capitalization and punctuation. My only complaint, is I wish the caption could be positioned in other places on the video itself.

Caption and editing is nice and easy to use. I don’t like the locked format of the CC. For some reason, when I process the video, it is rotating my video 90 degrees to landscape while the words are overlaid upright. So if I upload to TT and try to rotate, then the words are sideways. Please send help.
Freezes constantly?

There are zero instructions, no menu and it keeps freezing. I successfully made a video with captions ONCE and ever since it just does absolutely nothing once the video is recorded...I am flummoxed and annoyed. I have an iPhone 8 Plus updates to the latest OS, is it my phone or is it the app? Please help!
great idea, but doesnt work for 60 second videos

the only time i usually want help captioning a video is if its a long one where im talking a lot... so i thought this app would be great for that. but if i record a full 60 second video, the captions never generate. i have to break it up into several shorter length videos in order to get captions to appear and it’s frustrating. id be willing to fix my rating if this issue was fixed, bc it honestly makes the app unusable for me :/

Downloaded the app and it had only one way to login (Apple). And that was broken. Could not use.
