Completely agree with capital ones version in last review! They Bought share builder & letting original platform deteriorate, while offering nothing, I've been using share builder since 08' & liked the simplicity, pricing plan for cost averaging, passive investing strategies using ETFs that were very plain vanilla for beginning investors using levels 5 levels from conservative to aggressive investing. But nothing you couldn't find in any most basic allocation strategy anywhere. Now they try and charge for this lack of real tools and substance, got rid of advantage pricing plan that gave access to viable research firms plus inexpensive cost averaging strategy allowing purchase of partial shares I.E. $75 weekly bi-weekly or monthly in to AAPL at no extra cost, now I have to go to special page to use old platform which is more and more mobile unfriendly, as it is no longer maintained or go to new Capital One mobile app which has to be the most worthless fee hunting brokerage garbage I've ever come across allowing you the capacity to do nothing, offers 2 levels of options trading, without truly defining the tools being used or that truly not able to short or use puts and calls in a clear forward manner, lacks necessary intermediate to advanced plans, but seeks to help using lesser alternatives from the original platform.

They are shutting down the iPad app and making me download this. Bad bad bad bad bad This won’t work in landscape mode. I will not use portrait mode. They needed to send me an email with an authorisation code to log in. Every tine I came back to the app after I got my code from my email the app was back to the login window telling me I now bedecked it to send me code. The prompt to type in a code always gives away. Useless app for an iPad.
App will not open with IPhone X. I have the latest software from Apple, 11.1.1.

You try to use secure passwords, with the password manager like one password, and you can't paste them in there! I'm trying five times to sign into my account and I missed type with a 30 character password and you start from scratch. This used to work fine. It was a great app. But you're broke it. Fix it soon! I'm sure other investment companies would be glad to take my business. Update- It worked for a bit- and now it’s broken again! Can’t even open in iOS 11. Really??

The app crashes every time I try to open it. I have been patiently waiting for an update, but I am going to move my accounts to a trading platform that prioritizes mobile trading.

For many moons now, this app makes me get a validation code from an email just log in. I get once or occasionally, but I asked it to save my credentials. I guess it’s better than how it was for the last half of a year, where it timed out before giving a code. As of right now, garbage. If they fix the usability problems, the app itself seemed nice.
