Can’t pass login verification

What happened to share builder... Ing was a great pick up for capital one but sharebuilder seems to be a headache for me. E*TRADE and fidelity have better mobile platforms. I just want to log in and I can’t get past the verification. Went on my computer and verified myself then went back on my phone and still can’t verify myself to log on.

Not sure what happened, but now their crap app won’t even load. I guess they’re trying to convince me to fire them as my low-cost brokerage provider like there are not other good options gheesh what a stumble

As an app developer myself I’m loathe to give an app one star as so many people are unrealistic in expectations and as such most apps rarely need a single star. Capital One investing is sadly more than deserving. The mobile app has always been abysmal in design and use but now it simply will not work any longer. Crashes at launch. Over and over. I’m going to seek a more mobile friendly platform and move my money elsewhere.

App now crashes at launch. I have iPhone X & iOS 11.2.1. Tried multiple times over the past few weeks, but to no avail. Finally deleted the app.

Have been using it just fine until now... It keeps crashing whenever I try to load the app.

I am not sure what Capital is thinking. They’ve already cancelled the app for the iPad and this app just keeps crashing the instant I try opening it. This is the second time in several months that their app just craps out. In this day and age where the majority are reliant on technology, it seems as if they are going away from it. I was going to move my funds from another company to Capital One but this is the last straw. I have already opened a new account elsewhere.

Lately, thus app keeps shutting down on its own. I've been trading using this app, but now can't even get it opened! Please fix this problem ASAP! This is unacceptable.
