Not working properly

The transfer to E-trade update messed up an already horrible app. Now some of the basic functions are missing. Transfer to e-trade notice on every page occupies room and certain options are missing. Cannot cancel a placed, not posted order. Buy/sell with limit order is missing. These are the most basic tools. Come on!!!!

Edit: update 5.0.16 fixed many problems. Still needs some help but maybe it will do until the big change-over. Do not download version 5.0.15. It looks like someone pieced a notification into the pages that have crippled a once useful app. Tried calling customer service to advise and was put on hold for too long. No useful way to contact the developer and they are canceling the service anyway. It’s all going to E-Trade.

I have use many platform trading. This is far the worst one. Slow and primitive system that doesn't respond very well. By the time you place your trade, the price is already over. The realtime is not even real. So much delay in price and time. Plus it cost $7 to place a trade. Wish they updated to quicker platform. We here to trade not waste time messing with the function that doesn't not work.

Very poor update, still very slow, I guess capital one don’t want to invest any of that huge tax cut it received, SAD!

This app used to work, but every since they added the ETrade notice it’s just completely broken.
