It is slow, and the Canvas website is faster. Information is not always accurate, and sends me messages about assignments after they’re due.

I am a student using it during Covid-19. It is very resourceful. Every once in a while there is some sort of problem… but I am sure some of those are also just my chrome book. For me it would be a 4 1/2 but since that is not and option.. I put 4 stars. This is surely a great way of doing things online. I also you another app that pretty much does the same job.
The name of the App should be Canvas - not student

I wish I could update it myself - but why is this app called student on my mobile? I try to remember the name of it to log onto the website on my laptop - I look here and have to go into the app and search around for the actual name. Also - can we get the functionality to remove old classes from the dashboard - or at least hide them.. it’s really distracting to have old classes still listed there and would love the option to move elsewhere.

This app is not easy. It appears that it you should create an account online (computer interface) first. I logged out and now I have to set up an online account to get a QR code to log back in? Also, I have more than one child and there is no way to add another child on the app. Maybe this app is helpful to teachers. It seems that with just a little more effort, it could be useful to parents. Right now it’s frustrating enough to make me write a review.
