Poorly Implemented

App doesn’t accurately reflect data. School system even tells us not to rely on the mobile app and use the website. The app needs to be fixed to accurately reflect current grades by quarter.
Wish it had one option like the Android app

Really wish that there was the option to add in values for the assignment like with the Android app so there is a general idea of where you may fall in the end of term.
Worst Student Application. Ever.

This is by far the worst student application I have ever used. I was previously on Schoology, and when we made the switch I was highly disappointed. Canvas is the most glitchy app out there. I constantly can’t load my assignments in class because it is too busy “refreshing”. Sometimes, Canvas just doesn’t show the assignments on the app, so you have to go to the website. And vise versa. Canvas’s layout it horrendous. It is too simplistic. If you are an administrator I would suggest steering towards Schoology or a Google Classroom program. Canvas is awful. You will regret it.
iPhone 8+

I’ve always had great success until I switched to the iPhone 8+. Now my app is always force closing and I’m unable to look at feedback on papers I’ve turned in. I hope this gets fixed.
Love it but fix the iPhone issue

Love this app. But for about a month now I cannot listen to my lectures on my phone. I hit play and nothing. After about 10 mins it will play. Never had a issue. Please fix this. It’s annoying!
Have to retake class due to Canvas

Canvas listed the wrong due date for my exams, stating they were the next day. The teachers wouldn't allow me to retake, essentially wasting an entire semester and causing me to take two classes over. WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I even set alarms for the Exams that went off after their actual due date. THANKS CANVAS! Major glitch I have all the fun screenshots to prove this. Only a 1,000 dollar app issue no big deal.

I’m not sure what’s been going on in the last few versions, but the app now constantly freezes and sometimes as soon as you open it. App is barely usable and needs to be fixed....
