Forums and discussions are slow to load and seem to reload everything on each visit. Course videos are un playable and content appears as html code. Not reliable for remote learning.

Came down with COVID last month, the same week the spring semester started. It killed my motivation for school. I needed help staying up to date with emails and school work without pulling out my laptop. This app has made it so much easier for quick responses and accessibility. Easy to use. I don’t use it to submit assignments, just for all communication with my professors and other students. I have no complaints.

When I first downloaded the app, it took a while to log in but when you do it is great from there. There is a few tabs at the bottom. My personal favorite is a tap that says “To do”. This tap tells you your missing assignments, your assignments that are due that day or other days, and it tells you when you have tests. There is other tabs such as, calendar, inbox, Dashboard, and notifications. If you are working online for school and use canvas, I suggest this, but if you don’t then why would you get a canvas student app. This app helps you stay organized witch is very important for having good grades in school.

The median is not very helpful because it takes in account the zeros if someone doesn’t turn in an assignment. That does not help me to see the actual average. Please add the mode.

I really need canvas to remind us of an assignment when it’s due today or a day before. I can’t keep writing it down in reminders, as I’ll keep forgetting about it. It’s not just a problem for me, it’s for everyone. Canvas doesn’t give you a notification of when your assignment is due tomorrow or today. If y’all could please add that, it would very well help us A LOT. Thank you

When my laptop is dead or inopportune timing this is a great way to complete my assigned reading.
