Best canasta App but with Glitches

This could be a 5* game. It can be addictive. Intuitively works like a real game. It does have glitches that take away from its utility and enjoyment.
Many glitches. Not worth so much money.

Disconnects for no reason. Takes away cards for no reason. Cannot change rules even though it says you can. Very difficult to play with friends. Extremely frustrating.

Definitely helped during this difficult time. My friends and I play and chat on FaceTime so as close as you can get with out actually being there in person However it seems that there are is not enough variety in the hands you are dealt. We have had the same hands many times and know exactly what is going to happen. There must be a way to have more random hands dealt

The 3’s all come up early in the game. Hands have an usually high number of pairs which results in many special hands. The UNDO function only permits a single UNDO. This is a problem if a user must undo a meld and the picking of the deck I have asked that these and other issues be addressed. The game can be better with some attention.

The cards never stick when trying to play them....then the siren sounds......don’t waste your money till they fix this app.....it’s more frustrating than you can imagine.....
App has not been updated to support Apple updates
Canasta Frustration
The app is great in order to play with friends but continues to be very frustrating in that I keep getting disconnected. Once I re-join the game the cards are totally disjointed and we have to re-start the game. I called for support and the developers blamed it on the many subscribers and my internet connection. In addition they said the problem was that Apple had an update and the app was not working well with the update, version 13.3/13.5. I contacted Apple Support and they said that the developer should be updating the app to work sufficiently with the new Apple updates. If they are going to charge for an app then we should be getting continuous good service and not just excuses why the app is not working. The developer also suggested installing the app on my computer rather than my iPad but I would have to pay a second charge for the app. This is not happening!!

Worst glitch is trying to throw a card on discard pile and it goes to meld field and then adds points needed to meld. Did this 3 times

This app is a scam, to frustrating to create a room, to get into a room, too look for a room, keep having to log off and on again. Game does not reflect the actual game. Just purchased and already want to pull my hair out. No where can I ask for a refund. Save your money. May have to dispute with credit card.

Enjoyable for “social distance” play. However, lots of glitches that need fixing. There are times you cannot move a card from your hand onto an existing meld. It just won’t stay in the box. This happens a lot with 4’s and 5’s. Very frustrating, especially when play times out and then a discard is arbitrarily selected by the computer.
