Game is obviously rigged. Nothing natural about this game . Obviously programmed in house favor.. Terrible game very disappointing..

I’ve been using this app for about 3 months and feel very frustrated, as this app is always disconnecting. There should also be a rule about players quitting mid-game. It’s difficult to contact the developers for help. It should be an enjoyable game, but they have to fix some glitches

I can’t tell you how much this app brought together 4 of us for almost 2 years. We FaceTimed and used your app three times a week. It kept us together and my love of canasta grew. When I had a technical problem it was resolved. Thank you for all your help. Marsha Sacks

I am absolutely disgusted by Canasta Junctions sneaky antics. I bought this app 2 years ago with access to play with or without humans. I went to play this evening and it’s telling me I have to subscribe and then charged a monthly fee! I already paid for the service and now they are greedy and want to charge more. For an app that kicks players out of their game often sure have a lot of nerve to charge people who have already paid! You screwed this one up!!!

This group obviously doesn’t know what they are doing regarding s/w scalability or even effective customer communication. I only found out about the forthcoming subscription model by upgrading to a supposedly better s/w version. Does not seem to be the case. A year ago this was a much better app. Now, not stable and seems to be full of bugs. Good luck to those of us that have become addicted.

This app is suddenly making a LOT of mistakes when playing with ACE. I am so annoyed recently that I would not recommend to anyone at this time.

12/23/21 App keeps freezing up can not get it to work. I delested it and re-opened it. Still doesn’t work. App support stinks. nobody to talk to concerning problems I will call Amex to get refund

The app was bought by another company who is charging $6.99 per month. It is one problem after the other. Cards freeze, people don’t meld when they have enough points, it won’t allow me play on my iPad! Does anyone know of a good canasta app?
