Arguably the worst app I have ever used. Loaded with programming errors. Very frustrating when the App makes random unsolicited moves.

I’m very frustrated. In playing the game I try to put cads on the board it’s my turn and it won’t allow me. I keep getting dump notes that it not allowed. I’ve played canasta for years and I know it’s allowed it’s not a rule.

Although it seemed like a great idea, and if you play one game, it is sort of ok. After that, you realize there is a limited number of variety of hands to be dealt. Also the computer is programmed to play like a very remedial player, so it is not fun to play against the computer. When playing with friends for an afternoon, it is awful, because there is not random dealing. It is fixed hands and there are not enough. We have also noticed that sometimes we are dealt a duplicate of our present hand in the middle of a game, giving us way too many cards. It is a very poorly written app, and subscribers should be given a refund. This app should be removed, or at the very least, it should be free until it is perfected.
When playing against the computer

Too many times when trying to discard a tile it is pulled in as a meld (one card) and trying to undo the computer error am assessed a 10 point penalty. There should be a button that you hit when you are melding so this doesn’t happen. Another major glitch is trying to add a natural card to close a meld and not being able to...says too many wild cards already. Extremely frustrating.

A big shout out for the game Canasta Junction! This game is the very best game EVER and I want to thank the creators so very much. Warning.....very addictive.....you will love it so much that it will become a priority of your day and evening! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It is very hard to get A table together. Selecting a name is hard and before all players get on someone jumps in the game. I finally got on and tried to select the teams with no luck. No matter how l pushed or slid I couldn’t make the arrow move. It is not user friendly
So grateful to have this especially during quarantine

I am so grateful for this App. My friends and I meet online and get together for canasta just as we used to do pre-Corona! We laugh, play and stay in touch! The app is so much fun whether u play against the computer or with friends. It has also helped to improve my game tremendously!! Looooove CJ!!!!
Better than nothing I guess?

As others have said, this has been a great way for me to learn Canasta and play with my mom while we are away from each other during quarantine. However, there are SO MANY GLITCHES. I really wish we could play a live team vs a computer team so that my mom and I can play together against a computer. But it seems it’s either one against three computer or all four live.

Can't set up tables with friends because there is no chat in lobby. Also no counter to even see if someone is logged in looking for a game. Table shut down frequently and all players get disconnected. New update doesnt fix disconnect issues and still cannot get melding to function properly. Better, but far from playable.

Canasta Junction has helped with the boredom and frustration of this crisis. Allowing me to play with my friends or to practice alone. Support has been very responsive. Videos on their home page to assist and updates via their Facebook page often. Worth the one time fee for sure. And NO annoying pop up ads!
