Meld problem

When trying to discard to discard pile the card often picked up incorrectly. Even if it is only one card and you undo immediately it adds 10 points to meld needed to open. Very frustrating as it happens frequently
Misplaced cards

The major problem with this app is the way the discards are “grabbed” to the meld sections while being placed on the discard pile. This then penalizes you by ten points. This is a programming error that should be corrected. Very frustrating!
Fix issue

Enjoy this a lot but they really need to fix that when you discard a card it goes to meld area and then when you move the card to the discard pile you are penalized 10 points. The tolerances are too small on an I pad to not have this happen fairly often. This is an easy correction they could make.

Great for playing during the pandemic. A few minor annoyances but actually finding it preferable to shuffling cards and adding up totals for each round during a regular game.
Overwhelmed with lots of issues

Will boot players off randomly. Places cards sent to discard pile to meld then penalizes you. Has kinks on yellow sign with “player signed off” sign that does not always disappear when four are playing. Very unreliable.

If they could fix all the problems...getting booted for no reason...uneven teams most times...seeing that yellow box too often...etc. it would be a extremely great game to,play.

The computer continually makes ridiculous discards such as desirable face card after it makes its initial meld allowing your opponent to take the discard stack. It’s like having a partner that is completely clueless. Another issue is when discarding the 4,5 or 6 you risk it jumping to the meld and penalizing you 10 points.

I enjoy the practice. When playing against only computer opponents the app does not account for special hands or even adding to melds towards the latter part of the game. it ends the game when it’s still possible to unload cards rather than get penalized for them.

Was having trouble with app and emailed Jennifer. She called me immediately and resolved my problem right away!!! Love canasta junction-a savior during this pandemic!!!!
