403 error message two days in a row. Reverted back to FitBit until I can get answers from support. Deleted and reloaded the app. Same error. Bummer! I heavily rely on this app while on a program. Cronometer, don’t let me down.

What happened to scanning?!?!

I loved the app but since the update, scanning a package no longer brings up the item!! Please fix this… Thank you

Lost my favorites

Since last update, many of my favorites are no longer available when I type an entry. Can’t even find some of them in a general search. If I am going to have to rescan everything it will be very frustrating.

Barcode scanner doesn’t work well anymore

The barcode scanner rarely pulls up the item you’re scanning anymore so I have to manually search for the item instead of scanning.

I love the breakdown of foods and that you can see which foods increased carbs or fats. What I dislike, the foods listed aren’t always correct. It would be nice if it matched the package. The listed foods are limited so we need to add them, I don’t always have time to add them to the food list. It would be nice if the site worked harder at adding foods.

Some barcodes are not longer scanning

Ive been having issues where I will scan an item that use to scan but it will not pull anything up and then I have to manually search it. Anyone else experiencing this?

I just started trying this ap and it doesn’t seem to synchronize entirely with My oura ring? Would a Gold membership be different ? Don’t want to sign up if it doesn’t work ;). Thx!!
