Can't even sign in with this app. I get an error message prompting me to look for a confirmation email. No email has arrived
Can’t make account changes

Last summer I had to change my email to a new server. The app has no provision for making account changes. Tried deleting and reloading the app with the new email address and a new password (like a new user would) but keep getting error messages. On top of that, when I tried to use the app’s contact customer service feature, my email wouldn’t send—the app tells me my email address is an error!!?

This app does not inform you in what state or states a big jackpot are winners. You have only: 0 winners in CA! I have family scattered in all the US. As a player since birth of CA game I have the right to know in the state or states are the winners since I am a player who use a lot of statistics and probabilities, I need such information. PLEASE MAKE PUBLIC AND RELEASE IT!

I’ve never had the issues some have had. It works ok for me. The app could be more useful. It really only lets you scan for 2nd Chance. I would like if it let you scan to see if you won anything on multiple tickets also.

Couldn't even sign-up or scan 2nd chance ticket. No instructions provided; no help menu either. Sorry to say it's a poorly-designed, non-functional app.

Downloaded it to “quickly” scan my second chance tickets. Not easy to find where to put the information. Once I found it, there was a place to sign in, but no place to register. Kept getting an error message with no way to resolve it. Deleted the app. Entered the numbers on a PC. Much faster.

This app is garbage and a waste of time.... the app will not let me scan for second chances and always asks to log in to the web site and doesn’t make a difference....

I followed all the steps on setting up a ca lottery account and I wasn’t able to scan my lottery ticket.
