Doesn’t work at all

Says server busy as soon as I open it. Won’t scan 2nd chance tickets. And says draws are out of date. I’ve updated and reinstalled. Nothing works.

Scan to check your tickets value seems like a no brainer to me, but this app still doesn't have this feature, in spite of the fact a few other states already have this feature in their state lottery apps. Those states print a QR code on the ticket that can be scanned by the app. It then shows what the numbers for that drawing were, and what the numbers on your ticket are, and which ones match by greying out the numbers that don't match. If it has a winning value it also displays the value. The rest of what it has, appears good, but the addition of the above feature would make this a great app. The recent addition of scanning second chance tickets is a welcome addition. The how to scan video doesn't seem to work anymore. Tried several times it starts to play but quits so soon after it starts I can't even press pause. A save password or stay logged in, for second chance would also be a welcome addition.

Downloaded it and couldn’t figure out how to login. Didn’t like an email and pwd. Not clear how to creat an account. Unusable app.

Can’t sign in to the mobile app, can sign on to the online website… Would greatly appreciate some sort of feedback from the producers of this app thank you for your time have a nice day

This app would be great if it allows the user to scan the ticket and get the winning result of that ticket as the machine at the store.

Don’t get it. It doesn’t even work. It won’t let you sign into your account to try and scan your scratchers or tickets. It’s stupid! Worst APP EVER!!!

Tried to log in but it keeps telling me to check email for confirmation. I checked my email and nothing! This app should be removed from the App Store!!!
