The second chance enter page always kick me out!! Need to re sign in with email and password over and over !!!
Barcode scan does not work

I tried several times under different lighting conditions and it does not work. The app offers no guidance on what the problem is or how to troubleshoot.

First off, this app is super helpful and the second chance draw is been great, but I have never had an app give me more error messages or makes me log in almost every time I check a ticket, than this one, but I have won a lot of money so I can’t be too upset
Incorrect scan results

The app does not report correct scan results. In my opinion, this is what makes an app like this useful. It’s failed on multi line super lotto and single line mega tickets for sure. I don’t see a reason to use the app anymore with bugs like this.

I love this app as it’s easy to use and shows you what you need to know plus being able to scan your tickets is a plus!!!!

Ever since the recent update to the app, it has not been scanning my tickets. The red box that zooms in on the barcode is missing and just gives an error message.
New update 1/19/22

The new update needs an update. It will not allow us to scan our scratchers to see if we won or enter it in the second chance drawing via barcode. Needs to be fixed asap!
Can’t scan on iphone, using old android phone

I’m currently using a iphone 13 pro max ios 15. Before the camera to ✅ tickets works seemingly okay. But now l’m force to use my old andriod phone to scan tickets. P.S. the message keeps saying “Ticket can’t be scan”
