Can’t make account changes – CA Lottery Official App Review
Last summer I had to change my email to a new server. The app has no provision for making account changes. Tried deleting and reloading the app with the new email address and a new password (like a new user would) but keep getting error messages. On top of that, when I tried to use the app’s contact customer service feature, my email wouldn’t send—the app tells me my email address is an error!!?
