Problems with system

Every time I set my setting to stay logged in the app turns it off. Have to log in every time to check tickets or add second chance tickets. Can’t even log in because “there is a problem with their system.”
Why do the updates Not fix anything?

I can’t sign in to 2nd chance for a while now, what good is the stay signed in option, when I have to keep signing in?? I wonder if there is more people like me that are so disenchanted with the web site and now the constant glitches in the app that they are buying less and less tickets.

I have to update this app every other day. Error msg that it no longer supports 2nd Chance, is really annoying.

I’ve tried dozens of times to register the app. It keeps saying unable to verify identity. All my information is correct.
Only scans for “Second Chance”

Disappointed that it doesn’t scan all types of tickets to check for winners, but I assume that is a strategy to get people in a store to buy more. There are login and password reset options, but nowhere to sign up for a new account. Scans “Second Chance” tickets quicker than I’ve ever seen a code scanned. That’s the only reason why I gave it 2 stars.
