I was concerned that this might have been a buggy app. The instructions to the app and the vice we’re not clear but following the instructions provided in the application I was able to get the camera to connect to my Wi-Fi on the first go. It’s not the world’s greatest app but for the ability to connect to the device and use the microphone, speaker and get video I am very pleased.

You guys can do something in the app so I can save videos from the app to my phone. I'm not sure why I can save photos and not videos please can you fix this thank you very much

I need to be able to save a video from the app to my phone or tablet, and be able to transfer it, but this doesn't appear to be an option. How can I do this? If I catch a thief, I have to be able to provide a copy to the police. This doesn't seem possible. How do I record to direct to the SD card? I don't know what half of the functions/buttons are and nothing is explained. Why is there not a tutorial or help function? The app instructions included with my device are both poorly written and for an older version of the app. PLEASE have someone fluent in English write updated instructions, and then PLEASE make them available.

Camera is great. App was as well for the first few weeks then it started shutting off by itself, had to uninstall and re install and after a few days, same issue.. other than that I don't have any complaints

I think I'm liking. However I'm left with a lot of questions...can I set up the camera and leave it and depend on the motion detection? What is he new IPv6 and how does it work? Can I set this up with other software such as iSpy? Other than these questions, I like the versatility and size of the camera. Wish the battery was smaller, but if I can get these questions answered, I'll gladly raise my rating.

If it was easier in direction I would of gave it a 5 star I use this to take exams in college For 25$ it's definitely worth it

Although easy to set up, the live feed has twice now needed total resetting, while within geographic proximity of the camera. In the last three days! ? I have it in my elderly aunts home, who has 24/7 caregivers, to monitor for any safety issues. But... if I have to physically go there daily to reset the camera, it defeats the purpose. So i'm not thrilled with that aspect. However, when it is working, it works well. I can't seem to figure out how to hook it up to a computer, as the directions say I can, but i'm working on that next.
