Not reliable, useless security camera

So frustrated that the camera only works when my phone is connected with my home WiFi! I bought it to check my cat while traveling for 3 weeks so it is completely useless. at least I noticed it before the trip. Waste of money, time and energy.
Horrible after last update amazon should stop selling

I have 6 cameras and for over a month now I’m unable to get past “requesting service” unless I’m at home and even then it’s hit or miss. Seems like deer. Yer or so I’m now stuck with useless cameras. I’m also going to contact amazon in hopes that they will stop selling the products associated with this app

This camera was once good, but not great. Now, it does not work. I thought it might have been my connection so I deleted and reinstalled the camera probably a half dozen times. It only works when connected to my home WiFi and will not connect remotely like it once did. I came to the App Store to see if anyone commented recently on this app and realised that it wasn’t my connection. Everyone seems to be having this problem. Whoever the developer is, you need to fix whatever you did to bang things up.

I might have to return the camera now. The app is not working. Finds camera but it keeps going offline.
Extremely slow

After the last update this app is moving slower than ever. Has trouble logging in and doing playback. Even when I’m on the same network as the camera, the app has trouble functioning properly. Horrible app.
So buggy, app is unusable.

I can’t even use this app anymore, whenever I try to review a video, it just freezes. I have to close the app 5+ times before I can review only one video! Trash! Needs major updates.

After a rough start with setting up the camera due to hard to read instructions we indeed like the product. It works for us!

Up until a couple of weeks ago the app worked about 75% of the time. No it doesn’t work at all. Camera connects then disconnects.
