Looking good so far guys, need to focus on translation in manual a little and the FTP is no longer on MAC OSX, they use SFTP. The settings reveal IR-LED but I don’t think it’s the same setup you speak of in your manual. Is this supposed to be an Infrared? I also was having a problem using the feature as a Bluetooth speaker, which I thought it was.
Delete confirmation???

Among the many things that BVCAM and its many IPcam variations needs, it needs a delete confirmation for recorded videos. As it is now, the Delete button is right next to the Download button and it’s too easy to delete an important video that you’re trying to save...which is exactly what I did. I’m constantly looking for better software fir my IP camera.
Waste of my time and money

I just received my wireless IP camera/charger and all that was in the box was the camera and a charging cord that only fits into sockets meant for Hong Kong not the United States of America so not only can I not charge it, there were no instructions in the box nor was there a disk so this is completely worthless to me and this is the second camera that I received from this company and I have to send them both back, the first mini Wi-Fi camera won’t even stay charged and then it just stops working and I just got it. I really hope they give me a full refund because this is ridiculous.
Nothing works after update

After the app has updated, there is no direct router connection anymore. I cannot connect to any of the 13 cameras that I bought online that worked fine before. Please fix this!! I am using the 1080P WIFI cameras and cannot direct connect to any of them after the app update.
More than half the time this thing does not record.

The directions are terrible as to how to setup. I want it to record whenever it alarms. I’ve tried setting an alarm interval and without an alarm interval and it never fails to disappoint. I miss recordings ALL THE TIME when I know for a FACT someone is in the kitchen. For example NO recordings yesterday...the entire day. With three people in the house, we certainly were in the kitchen, eating or snacking at one point or another. I was even watching Live at one point, yet NO RECORDINGS! Please, for the love of God tell me how to set this thing up once and for all WHENEVER there is motion. Otherwise, this camera is completely useless. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Waste of hard earned cash.
Disgusted
Fraudulent Product
I can even tell you how disgruntled. I purchased this device to protect a defenseless patient. And due to the fraudulent advertising on the packaging and in the instructions I was not able to prevent abuse. It does not work with IPhone. Fraudulent! I’m am heartbroken that my patient endured pain and suffering because I purchased a piece of junk.
Alarm won’t stop

Even after unplugged device sends the same alarm over and over and over .... Had to delete app to get it to stop.

Zero stars if I could. After finally spending half a day getting the camera set up, it stopped working completely after 3 hours. It detected no movement and only recorded nothing happening at all. Instructions are piss-poor. Total waste.
