Sorry excuse for an app

This is an awful app with terrible user experience. It’s worse than using a website not optimized for mobile on a small device. Can’t zoom and it’s a web view. They have the money to make a native app for their customers who pay. This should be removed from the AppStore or updated. If they wanted to really stand out they could allow you to add the tickets and passes to the Apple wallet so we could use them from the lock screen and Apple Pay.

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. It is easily the worst amusement park app I have ever used. An embarrassment. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

There are so many useful things Disney has to offer in there app but you don’t have it?? Thing like WAIT TIMES OR A FUNCTIONING APP! your app lacks the ability to even work. Why can we not even make an account when the “id number is in use” It’s 2018 Busch Gardens. This app reminds me of an app from 2008. ( also, you gave me whiplash on almost every single one of your rides so thanks.)

App doesn’t work at a reasonable speed 90% of the time. It doesn’t display wait times for rides. It NEVER remembers my login info and says my password’s incorrect after I re-login even though it’s correct. It says they have technical difficulties when trying to look up my username using my annual pass ID. I think the parent company is skimping with IT employees to save them money and potentially prevent bankruptcy, but it’s going to backfire big time if they keep horrible products like this up! There’s basically no WiFi in the Tampa park either, and Verizon cuts out my unlimited data service within the park!

The only thing you can do with his app buy quick queue. No information on wait times no information on strollers or wheelchair rentals and when you try to find out through the website it just opens the app.

Just got back from BG. Once we arrived at the park and parked the car, first thing I did was open the app to mark where I parked. The incredibly useful feature (quite possibly the BEST feature was gone! The interactive map is gone - it will no longer lead you to your favorite ride. That was enough for me. Deleting this app.

This app doesn’t really do much of anything. It says you can do.... Log into your membership-no Retrieve membership benefits-no Interactive map-not really This app needs a overhaul
App is no good

Annual pass function does not work. The bar code to scan at the park doesn’t operate at all. And logging in is impossible. Reset password to login. This app should be pulled from the AppStore
No longer worth the download

This app is broken, you can no longer view showtimes or ride wait times. It worked perfectly last summer, it seems that even with raising prices in the park the quality of amenities is dropping. Save yourself the frustration and don’t get this app.
