What Happened to the App?
That smart guy
There used to be a real app for all the SeaWorld parks, with useful features like car locator, wait times, digital passes, and a feature to pay for stuff in the park. This is just a wrapper for the website, which really doesn't work as a substitute for the app. I hope they bring back the old app soon.

I made the mistake of updating to the latest version. No more park map with ride times or showing your location on the map in the park. This is just the website in an app. My family attends the park frequently and this will seriously inconvenience our next trip which was going to be today. Bring back the old version!!

Visiting the park and expected the app to help us find our way around. Just a static copy of the park map and a listing of the shows. I can save my cell battery and just look at the free paper map. C’mon Busch Gardens invest a little time to make this really useful. Use GPS to help guests navigate around your park!

This is no longer useful. Pointless. Bring back the old version. Wasted phone space. I want wait times and directions, parking and phone pay. Lost a user here.

Honestly if I wanted to visit the website I would! Don’t need the app for that. Bring back the wait times and in park map!

Opened the app, opened the park map, the app froze. Three times in a row. Deleting it.
Website purchases

cannot add to app my fun cards purchased on website. After login and "tap to see past purchases" and selecting my "2 park fun cards" it giving me an error with "sorry something went wrong on our end. please try again later"
Can't add passes

The app doesn't allow you to add passes. You can't make changes to your account and the system doesn't allow you to add your pass to the app or my wallet. Please fix or remove app.
No need to download!

Almost broke my phone because it's impossible to log in at times. While at the park their wait times say 20 min and when you walk up to that ride it's 50 min. No reason to be that off.
