In addition to the other negatives I read another is you can't purchase meal plans. I can get to the screen but when I click on the quantity selector the Java wait icon spins forever.

New app idea for Busch!!!

I have an app idea for Busch Gardens. I love the game roller coaster tycoon and last time me and my family went to Disney World I was looking at Disney apps and I came across this app where you get to build your own Disney park it was a little childish looking but really fun( this coming from a 13 year old) anyways I had the idea that Busch gardens make an app that's like roller coaster tycoon but you get to make your own Busch gardens park from unlocking themed lands like Stanleyville and Congo etc. to adding animals to the zoo and unlocking rides and making it able to change the ride layout for example sheikra, for me the coaster is too short of a ride you could add more loops and other elements to the ride. Then you can press a button and it takes you through the queue and onto the ride you built I think this app would be a hit for Busch gardens.

Choose my park and all I get is a blank gray screen that says parks on the bottom left corner. Update; finally worked on tenth try. This is looking bleak to start. I don't see where there's anything for ride wait times. Can anyone tell me where to find this?

First of all it is a multi step process to find wait times. No indication on map of where lockers are located. You cannot sort restaurants in any order, sit down, snack etc. We were sitting eating lunch and watching the awesome doo wop show and the app said the Congo River Rapids closed due to weather and the skyride closed for the day. We walk outside to bright sun and few clouds. We look up and there goes the skyride! We walk by the Congo River Rapids, which is open. If you are going to have an app, then keep it updated. Funny how it is easy to purchase add ons like a meal plan or serengeti encounter but everyday info is scarce. Busch Gardens needs to download the Disney parks app and and see how it is done.
This app could be amazing

I couldn't imagine a more monumental dropping of the ball by whomever created this app. I used it a couple years ago and it worked slightly better however it would never save my login information so I would get in line for food or to get in the park even and I would have to time things perfectly in order to use the app for purchases or anything that involved me being logged in to this app. I use complex passwords so it takes forever to log in. This could literally make my experience so much easier if it worked. I wouldn't have to carry my wallet or anything. Just my phone. But no... I hope someone at Busch gardens reads this and will make fixing this app a priority. Also I can't buy my tickets on the app for some reason now... ugggh.

I tried going to the photo part of the app and it crashed, I deleted the app and reinstalled it again and still it crashed. It's also not easy to navigate.

App simply does not work. Unable to save pass information. Had to creat two separate logins. Complete trash.
