I feel like it used to at least provide ride wait times. The interface is awful and even trying to find simple things like park hours is confusing and cumbersome. It continually tries to take you to the mobile web page, which begs the question, “why have an app at all?”

I used to love this app as it took the place of carrying a physical copy of my annual pass. Now you can’t even access your pass through the app for discounts, parking, etc. Guess I’ll be standing in line to get another copy of my pass next time I go...what a waste.

What happened?? You can no longer scan your passes. No car finder feature. I hope it's someone's job to read these reviews with the same complaints so some changes can be made to this poor excuse for an app. Very disappointed!!

This app used to be useful, but not anymore. They recently got rid of showing the wait times on the app so there is literally no use for it anymore. Crap!

I see everyone else is saying the same thing. The ability to save car location in parking lot, passes saved and quick pay with saved debit card. No need to keep an app with very little benefit inside the park. Hopefully these comments be useful to whoever may redesign this app.
What happened to the App?

The annual pass went up in cost but the value came down because now the app is no longer a virtual guide through the park but a wrapper to the website. I dont need to download an app to my phone to receive the same features as the website. The old app added value to the park and experience with features like “go to” and “wait times”. This app version is junk and hopefully short lived.

The new version is horrible. No interactive map or wait times. It’s a crappy version of the website

Logged in. Can’t see tickets purchased. Go to extras. Wants me to login again...over and over. Can’t rely on it to be faster with quick pay if I have to stand there and log in over and over.

Never updates. Completely useless. Always says “no more shows today” and all rides say 5 min wait.

I did not enjoy this app. All of the rides don’t show on the app. Also the amount of time to wait on a ride is not accurate.
