Great for lunch hour

I love the app and the blazin rewards. Nothing better than being rewarded for spending money somewhere. The app is great for lunch hours. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and is nice to order ahead. The one thing I dislike is the redemption of points. I was scrolling through the list and accidentally redeemed something I didn’t want. Now I have to wait 24 hours to get the points back. There went my lunch for the day.
Bdubs rewards broken??

My friends and I have been unable to use bdubs rewards. No matter the store, order, or phone used, no order is accepted for points anymore.
Rewards scanning does not work anymore

Please fix the bug where it prevents you from scan the QR code at the bottom of the receipt. Or doesn’t recognize claim number
Launches with a blank screen

Tried to delete and reinstall, tried to restart device… still launches with a blank screen on an iPhone 12P
Good app but need to be improved.

This app is great: clear menu, looking for locations, collecting rewards. However, the special instructions need to be added more letters. I can’t order exactly what I want with 18 letters. Maybe 30 or 50 will be more reasonable.

Latest update broke the ability to scan or manually enter your claim code. Can’t believe how bad this loyalty app is. New ownership showing their true colors.

When I go to checkout it just locks up. Never reaches a point where I can pay finish.

This app is horrible. When it works it’s brilliant. But it hardly works. And god forbid you use it on one of their special wing days. Always crashes and never loads. Took away Buffalo chips and now the app doesn’t work.

Was a 5 star app until 3 weeks ago when check in stopped work and also I’m unable to get point from my receipt i eat here every night and enjoy the food but am 100% upset about the app thinking about heading to wing stop for better service and a working points system
