This app struggles with credit card payments. Over and over and trying different cards it would not take any. This happed in the past as well. So, I called in my order and used the exact same card to pay when i picked it up. I will not be back until this is fixed.
Can’t even look at the Menu!

The app, like the website, are horrible and not user-friendly at all! All I’m trying to do is look at the menu to see the different flavors of wing sauce and both the app and the website won’t allow you to do so without selecting a store. The problem with that is, if the store doesn’t allow for online ordering it won’t allow you to look at the menu so how am I supposed to view the flavors and the items on the menu if I can’t even get to the menu to begin with???

Whether its a rewards screw up, trying to scan a receipt, etc I have never opened or used this app once and not become livid. The fact that they have no way other than this to provide feed back is manifested in this garbage app. It makes me hate coming to Buffalo Wild Wings, aside from the service/experience in restaurant.
Credit card won’t work for takeout

Keep getting error after doing online takeout order with the app. The website works fine with google Pay - but the app doesn’t support google pay and I have never after using several credit cards and versions of the app ever gotten it to order takeout.

Good size pieces, flavors coated well. Wings not over cooked. Don’t charge extra for dip.

Used to be good. Logs you out after like 2 hours. Absolutely awful for delivery and pickup. Love the rewards, but this app really can only be useful if you dine in, which right now isn’t an option for a lot of people.

Why would you put tips on the app. We will tip if we have good service and I don’t think handing someone food is service. BTW who gets the tip. Who is the tip for. If I want to tip it wouldn’t be in an app but at the store. Is this a mandatory thing now that everyone should tip everyone. Asking for a friend.
