I think the most infuriating part about this app is that it actually works. It works all the way through until I get to the checkout portion and then the screen goes blank constantly. What a piece of crap

Redemption of points

I redeemed points for a delivery. The item I ordered was never delivered. I reached out twice via the app with no reply on how to fix my points. This is really bad customer service. I have deleted the app and will take my business else where

Every time I try to place an order at my local bdubs, the app tells me that online ordering is temporary unavailable.:/

Can’t place orders

This goes in the category of “you had one job”. Every time I try this app again to place an order I get to the very end of the order and can never submit it to the store. I try my credit card information, I try Apple Pay, and nothing seems to work. It just comes up with an “uh oh” error message. I wind up having to call the store, which is what I should just do in the first place. After queuing up the order in the app it’s really annoying to have to call and repeat everything again. This is not a one time occurrence. Buffalo wild wings is one of our favorite places and we usually order about once a week.

I’m only 10 years old!! And my dad had to wait 2 an a half hours to find out that his order was not ready! And when he got his food he was sooooooo MAD ? cause the order was wrong they forgot the CHEESE CIRDES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my mom and dad will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!???? - unsatisfied 10 year old

I created a profile and verified my email. But when I try to login, I enter my email and password but never get the option to press login.

Hard to order to-go, never finishes loading

App is super slow and rarely lets me check out. I’m usually forced to use a desktop browser instead. Definitely has made it so we don’t eat here nearly as often as we used to. Today it won’t even let me view items to put them in my cart. Just forever the stupid loading screen of the flying buffalo.

Say no to bogus service fees

Used to be a great app and service in stores was good but now the food is not so good, service is slow and they want to charge service fees on every take out order in the app. No thanks, I will just go to your competitors that charge no take out fees.
