What’s the point of having an app if every time you try to order and check out, it gives you the loading page and doesn’t move past that. I’ve tried several times and every time I click on check out, it never takes me to the next part to pay. It gets stuck on the loading screen.

I can’t check-in nor add my receipts. I have already tried to different locations a week apart. My app is up to date.

The latest app updates are not intuitive and very frustrating. It used to be straightforward to redeem points. I have zero clue how to do more than check into a store now. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
