I put my order into my phone and hit order and it just loads and never stops loading I waited for an hour for it to stop loading just order it through DoorDash or some app that isn’t complete trash cause bdubs can’t fix their app at least they have good food
Can’t get orders don’t waste time

For the 4th consecutive time our order could not be completed through the app. The first 3 times it said it could not be completed due to various errors from just not connecting to not having the food available at the store. This was all incorrect by calling and placing the order all the issues were not true. The last time it switched our order to 3 hours later than we put it in called and they said they could correct it but come 1.5 hours later they still didn’t have the order that was the last straw. Buffalo Wild Wings should burn every computer that ever had this app data on it with fire. The app is completely useless for carry out or delivery don’t waste your time the stores also dont care about the app problems so it’s just a total waste of your time. The stores won’t stand by what you put in the app so there is no point in using it.
Redeeming Rewards does not work

Today, we went to b dubs and tried to use the app to redeem points. The app was not working and our server said there was no other way to redeem points. The app needs fixed. We could have had a free meal. Someone please update app!

Can’t order my food

I’ve tried to place 4 orders through the app. It’s buggy and hasn’t let me get past the checkout screen. I ended up just using a web browser or going to Wing Stop, because their app actually works.

I’m unable to scan the code to redeem points or check in. I tried to contact supported and it said I can’t because there was an issue..please help.

Can’t use gift cards

Have tried multiple times to use a gift card when ordering through the app and it doesn’t let me and I cannot use the option to pay in store rendering my gift card unusable.
Fix the save card to app info

The app is alright but it’s so annoying that we have to keep re entering the card info to the app every time.
