No comments section when you order food. Rewards section is useless. Not intuitive at all.
App Never Works

I have had this app on my phone ever since it started and it has NEVER WORKED! 5 credit cards and it keeps telling me to use a different one each time I enter one.
Cannot place orders though the app

This app used to be great and the only thing I used to place takeout orders from BWW but in the past few months it fails to submit an order every time and I have to call the restaurant. I’ve tried different credit cards, re-installing the app, choosing different restaurant locations, connecting via cellular and wifi, and nothing seems to help. Same issues on the web site too.

Lots of bugs that make you restart your order. And they force you to leave a restaurant tip for pick up or your order just magically disappears.

I like that I’m able to see different offers they have going on. The one thing about the app is that when I order, it will never update from “order accepted” to “ready for pickup”. I’ve started trying going ten minutes before the pickup time now because otherwise the food will generally be cold when I get it. But I never know if the food will actually be ready.
