For the last few weeks the app hasn’t been working properly. Every time I check in it gives me an error and when I try to scan or manually input my receipt it says uh oh. I’ve missed out on 3-4 visits worth of points.

I used to use the website to order online, but downloading the app makes it way easier to access. Because of this app, I have started downloading the apps to most of my favorite restaurants!

Arduous form to fill out if you have a problem and they don’t respond. Sent 3 emails to their “contact us” form and nothing. Not even a acknowledgment. It was a frustrating experience

Frustrated family!

Sorry! Something went wrong with placing your order. Please try again or call to complete your order. App will not place my order. App, phone and credit card all current. Logged out/in. Uninstalled/installed app, no change. App will not process order and frustrated with making large order for family of 6 to come to the end and get UH OH! Sorry! We can’t design an app that works. Also, points haven’t been added to account after several orders, and points have disappeared. My point balance on the app and logging in online were different... HOW?!&$&. FIX THIS ISSUE YESTERDAY PLEASE!

Not the best experience if you forgot your password. If your phone number is tied to your account it would be nice if you texted a code to change your password. The forgot password email takes a long time to send you a link, make the process very frustrating.

I installed the app and for me to “ join”- I put my phone number in and never received a code?

Add a “Confirm” option!!!

You guys need to add a “confirm” option to the activation of rewards! One slip up and you activate a reward you did not want to, at times costing a lot of money. I use my app all the time and I have been forced to order something aside from what I want or cancel and wait until my next visit to use points. Just add a confirm option.
