Since the update, I have not been able to print from my phone. Keeps telling me to make sure my phone and printer are on the same WiFi...... they are.... I only have one WiFi set up for my home.

Great printer but can’t get it to show up on my iOS devices. Prints great from windows based laptop. Makes the printer nearly useless.

Worked instantly i don't usually write reviews but this was perfect.

I have the MFC-9560CDW and it’s been working great until the latest update. Now, it won’t print and says there’s an error. Tried uninstalling the app and downloading again and even restarted the router, but it didn’t work. Now the printer isn’t even recognized and can’t be found. Please fix ASAP.

PJ773 which I use for work everyday is no longer working after the latest update, says “privacy separator” error even though wireless routers haven’t used those for years... thanks for stopping me from working.

My printer worked flawlessly with my iPhone SE and my iPad Pro (4th Generation) for over 7 months. Today, it no longer works. I didn't change anything. This app. needs help. This is incredibly frustrating. The app. should have all the info. required to get me printing again. The Brother web site is a serious challenge as well. It's 2020, and computer chips help people see and hear but the iPrint&Scan app. can't find my darn printer in the same room. It no longer works with my iPhone either. I searched the web and searched YouTube (useless ancient videos) and found nothing. I did learn that my printer is still very popular so I must wonder why the app. doesn't work better. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANOTHER BROTHER PRINTER.

I used to love this app. Used it all the time. Then all the sudden, it can not find it. When I go in to find it, my machine isn’t listed anymore. I’m sick of having to buy new stuff because you don’t want to support it anymore! Why buy new when old works just fine!

Recent update completely ruined the wireless printing from my phone. Our printer is, and always was, listed on the compatible list. Worked flawlessly prior to the update this week. Please fix!
