Absolute Garbage

MADscout97

This app and machine are both absolute garbage. Neither have ever functioned as they should. Brother should be embarrassed to make such inferior products.

Used to be good...used to be

JW12Ace

I used to love this Company. Now buggy and poor customer support

Please fix this

TW2323

Please fix the export function. The convert to pdf does not work. Your app support button on the app page sends me to a site to purchase toner! Ridiculous!

This app gives me that I need

Renewedgps

I send to print almost always plain text and it is perfect for my job from the Iphone, after tried others demo that ask for payments.

Works great, use it for work and at home

Vermont2012

Have been using this app for years to scan documents. I like how it integrates with my email programs and also the ability to scan individual pages and combine them into one pdf is very well done.

Photo just gibberish

Madgeeeeeee

Waste of paper, tried to print a picture and it just comes out with a couple of nonsense characters on like 10 pages. Don’t waste your time.

Gone in share menu after IOS 13

repgtx

Since I was forced to update to IOS 13 the Brother iPrint&Scan is no longer available as an action in the share menu. I also could not find a way to add it back.

Where’s my printer?

rosysuzy

It worked okay for a while. I would have to go back into app often to re-recognize my brother printer, but I could work with it for a while and get it to print. Now my printer still shows on the app, but the app says it can’t find it, so it won’t print! Very frustrating! I’m having to go to the library to print!

For a free app, not bad

Heavensno

Mostly the real issue is iOS anything is going to be a pain to print from, unless you want to pay $15 monthly subscription. As for my four stars, once in the print settings you gain control of resizing, which is one of the most important features in any of the paid apps. So, yes, it could use a bunch of other bells and whistles, but notably I haven’t been able to rotate in app, or, say turn off ink low level annoyances. It does have its place on my device, so four stars?

iPrint & Scan not working with iOS 13.1.3

Wingliner

I used to be able to print to my MFC-J775DW in previous iOS. If the Brother app wasn’t a normal option in a submenu, I was able to choose the normal print function, and then when the print preview appeared, I would deep press on the preview and a new print option would appear at the top of the window. From there I could get the Brother app to come up. So now the Brother app is completely useless. I hope you are working on an update for iOS 13+. I have two of these printers and can’t access either one!
