It’s really Very bad experience. The old app worked very well. I deleted old app and downloaded new app. This new app will disappear after selecting my printer.

My iPhone has air drop printing. This new update makes the app useless. And a 12 mp camera works well for scanning. I t does make a nice copy as long as I will be able to find toner for this three year old printer
Where did my password go?

Love the printer, but a while back it stopped connecting to the network. Now, I have to re-enter the network password EVERY TIME I want to print something! Come on Brother!
Insane permissions “required”

Brother needs permission to read ALL my files on Google Drive!? Brother needs permission to view ALL my personal data including contacts and associate that data to my Google account?! What a load of garbage. Especially considering some really basic functionality like scanning to email only seem to be available through this app.

This app on my IPad was working fine until this new updates now all it does is when I open it and try to print it just crashes what is going on it does this on the app for my android phone also ...you need to fix this
Can't scan more than 1 page at one time

If I try to scan documents which is more than 1 page, the app gives me communication error... It never happened before update

I’ve had this app for a year. But for the past three months no one in my house on any device can get it to work. We love brother sense brother is one of two types of electronics that has never threatened to blow up on us. But I am tired of not being able to print because the printer is not being found even when on.
