I just upgraded to Brother from HP printer. I was very disappointed using this app compared to how powerful was the HP ones. The very minimum we must get is to open a document with the app through the iOS share menu list. And there must be more options such as to select the quality draft, normal or best. This app requires a MAJOR update!!

Sharing to google drive doesn’t work with more then a few pages at once at all, additionally if you scan multiple pages it will upload each page separately and as png version can’t set as pdf. Same if you try to attach multiple pages to email it won’t work as one big pdf file ( while using the gmail app), instead it becomes several jpg’s...
Can’t find printer!!!

I bout a label printer bowl-1110nwb installed some brother apps. This is the only app that cannot connect and it’s the one I need the most!!! It has 3 ways to connect your printer NONE of them work. It’s soooo frustrating. 1st way through WiFi . My printer and iPhone is set up through the same network. I even did it manually. Says “cannot connect”. Ok fine, I tried the Bluetooth way. My phone and printer are already connected through Bluetooth. It just keeps saying add printer it doesn’t even do the search nor refresh!! This is sooo frustrating I need to make print outs in size 4x6 with this app for my growing business but I can’t even get pass step one !
Can’t print from share menu in iOS 13

My printer not having AirPrint would be only a minor annoyance if the app actually allowed you to print through the share sheet in iOS. There is no option to do in iOS 13, so it looks like I’ll be returning the printer.
Return the printer and don’t bother with the app

Removed Functionality

I used to be able to print from my ipad from any app by going thru the share menu and now this essential functionality has been removed. If it doesn’t get added back in I will be forced to get a different printer.

The app found my Brother MFC-7840W right away. I scanned a single page with the document feeder and was able to print a five page document with cloud print.
