Can’t describe how useful this is...

I recommend this app to others frequently. Not only does it help me focus, the sleep programs give me more restful sleep! I’m excited to see where this company goes in the future. I truly believe the focus programming could be an incredible alternative to prescribing kids dangerous ADHD medication. If you are on the fence, just try one focus session and you will be convinced. Seriously, incredible app and innovative tech!!!

Good for concentration

I’m a paid subscriber and I use the app when I’m writing. For me it is a great way to provide white noise, and helps me to concentrate on the task at hand. I adjust the timer to 30 minutes from the default setting of 2 hours because I like to move around every 30 minutes. I’m partial to the rain or thunder tracks.

I was one of the first users after finding a deal for a lifetime membership. They’ve made great improvements over time. I download a few favorite sessions offline to listen to it on demand.
Good overall, some connectivity issues

I really enjoy this app and find it quite useful. Occasionally, the app will open but no tracks will play. I would love to have tracks for exercise if an option.
Great when the app works

Like many others have experienced. My biggest issue with the app is the connectivity. Unless conditions are perfect, the stars, moons and planets are aligned the app crashes. Taking me out of focus or worse sleep. Great app when it works, though.

Great App, but please take down the music you can’t hear the guy that’s guiding you through the meditation....way to loud. I find myself trying to here is voice but the music over powers him ....when trying to mediate that is not a good thing...So trying to find another app....
