I started to use Brain.fm a couple of years ago. I almost exclusively use the focus to enhance my focus and work performance. It is better than caffeine. The design has finally caught up. No more web based application for me. No more beta. A great application that keeps on giving.

I’ve always had a hard time falling asleep. Listening to this seems to calm my mind and let me drop off. Been using the focus part at work too. Seems to help with the afternoon slump.

This app is my “go-to” to get stuff done and focus. Instead of listening to music on Pandora or Spotify while I work, now I turn this on and am able to tune everything else out. I primarily use the focus tracks, but the Nap and Relax ones are great too. Unlike other reviews, I have experienced ZERO connectivity issues. Well worth the year subscription!

It Actually Helps Me Concentrate, Stay On Task

I am a paid subscriber; I’ve never had connectivity issues. This app actually helps me stay on task and concentrate well. It helps to keep me focused to work through projects. I primarily use the focus function and they have added several new tracks to the list over the few years I have consistently used the app.

I have been using this app for a few years now I can honestly say it’s been great the various programs and guided meditation really work they seem to be adding all the time to the volume of tracks. User for life.

I work in IT and often find myself working on big projects that require lots of seat time. The “music” that Brain.fm creates is excellent at keeping me focused and on task. Would definitely recommend using with headphones/earbuds that have some kind of sound isolation.

It’s ok and I use it for many things, but it should be a flat $7 fee instead of $7 a month. I get a service out of it but the price is very high. Will probably cancel subscription after a month or two
