Saw this downloaded in my friend's family sharing and tried it to help me study, and it has improved my concentration so I can actually sit and focus! Completely worth it and I subscribed for a year after realizing how it actually helped bring up my grades, no kidding.

I access brain.fm on my desktop and my iPod. My husband uses it to sleep and I use it to focus. Works great!

I like it. Downloading for when I travel will be great. But, it drops a lot. Music stops. My largest reason for 3 stars, I want more music options I can pick from. Mix it up to the tempo I need. The next button is not enough. I subscribed, but may not renew.

I’ve always had a hard time falling asleep. Listening to this seems to calm my mind and let me drop off. Been using the focus part at work too. Seems to help with the afternoon slump.

Definitely sleeping better and getting more done. Since I’ve been using the Sleep and Focus tunes my stress and anxiety levels have dropped. Great work Brain.fm!

Everything it says it is and more. Even use the “focus” background music to power through hundreds of emails and stay on top of my ToDoist todo list. Best program I have ever bought!

I listened to the trial soundtracks and felt enough of an effect that I subscribed. Just love using this app, for relaxation, for taking naps, the focus one is great for really dialing in. Looking to get a sleep headset next so I can use it while I sleep.

I get it, but the idea that I would pay 6.99 a month for some looping soundwaves seems highly obnoxious. Iffy science aside, there is plenty to be found on Spotify that work jsut as well.
