It's the only type of sleeping music that can lull me to sleep. ?

Love it , when or if it stays on. Frequently stops after 30 minutes.

I use it mainly for meditation and it works reasonably well. I wish they would add some more options. Seems like it’s been the same stuff for quite a while. All in all though I’m satisfied.

I use this app every day, usually while reading on mass transit or at work, and I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my ability to stay focused.

Maybe it’s just me but it feels like a lot of the same stuff over and over. I usually only listen to focus and meditation tracks. Value of this questionable as a lot of this type of music can be found online for free. I will say it’s effective and I use it a lot at work and on planes when I want to focus on something.

I love this app. The selections are terrific, and I believe the Focus selections I’ve used helped me finish my last book in record time. I only have one gripe: that the creators claim the music is all generated by AI. That’s not true. I’ve been playing some of these piano pieces for 30 years. Brain.fm’s AI may be working with music that’s now in the public domain, but it’s not 100% AI-generated content. Just sayin’.

One thing I find is that the sleep tracks don’t work if I’m really stressed. If I use a relaxation track instead I either fall asleep (if nighttime), or switch to a sleep track after and then it works. It would be good to have optional sleep tracks that start with 15-30 minutes of a relaxation track and then imperceptibly go into a sleep track. Would also like more control over how long a given track will run, using hour and minute wheels. Otherwise I love this and find it much better and more pleasing than binaural beats, which apparently don’t have any real science behind them.

I use for work, to take power naps and to fall asleep at night! My kids use it to focus on HW and wind down at night!

This app is great and helpful, but connectivity problems can be a real drag

I wish that it have offline capabilities or that it had a 15 minute buffer or so when you get into an area that has limited or no connectivity. Wish it had a little bit more choice. Like maybe something geared towards different types of focus or meditation. Lastly, the timer could be more flexible. But still with quick access buttons.
