Disappointed – Boxed: Bulk Quality Essentials Review

I was really excited to use Boxed and I just received my first order today (July 6). Problem number one: my app shows everything was delivered with one tracking number; however, I did not receive everything and the invoice that was in the box says that the one item was shipped separately. If it was shipped separately why does it have the same tracking number and how is the fact that I didn’t receive it going to be proven to Fedex? Second problem: I placed my order on July 1, and just now received it. The shipping time wouldn’t have mattered so much to me if I would have received everything that I ordered.
