This is literally an app that just gives you the instruction manual and a new slider that controls your phone volume. At least as far as the QC45s are concerned, I see absolutely no reason for this app outside of stealing your data.

Just bought and set up my Bose 900 sound bar using the Bose Music App. Still trying to figure some things out but enjoying the new toy.

Honestly really good headphones. The noise cancellation is tremendous, and the audio quality is as good as it was said to be in the description. Great pair of headphones. In the wind though, even with the quiet mode on, it whistles but that can easily be undone by putting on a hood if you’ve got a hoodie on. Only complaint I have. Great for the gym, never hear anyone but my music while working out. I’ve charged them once over 3 days, and I use them a lot everyday. Great battery life. Very easy to use, the app that goes with is also very easy to use.

The physical product is the best on the market sound quality, ergonomics all of it. But this app is terrible. My earphones never simply connect. And to hear my Irish name butchered each time I do connect just reminds me of how much little effort Bose did on the software.

Great sound. Seriously, previous pair of Bose lasted 5 years with everyday use. The tech just always gets better with time.

Junk. Spent hours trying to get them to work and playas a group. Called and talked to tech. Mistake. Told my internet was 4 g and would not work properly. Would not work period is correct. Bluetuth cuts in and out. I gave my Sonos away and bought these. Now I am back listening to old Jambox. Bose stinks as their support.

The Bose 700 noise cancellation headphones are simply very good, but the app leaves a bit to desire. My AirPods Pro connect faster and sometimes it doesn’t recognize my headphones which can be frustrating.

One of the surprising UI mistakes is adaptiveIQ not being activated automatically after you running the setup. Someone thought it’s a good idea as people causally waste 10min setting it up for nothing. Also the app need to put some effort to explain the options, example when going to the audio levels, what does 0 mean? And what 100. If a user leave the bass 0 does it mean no bass is used? Or it’s tuned to the right amount
